A New Call Transfer profile is a simple way to forward calls directly to a phone number, This blog will help you to set a ‘Call Transfer’ profile up and attach it to your numbers.
\nTo Set-up your New Call Transfer go to \u2018PROFILES\u2019\u2013 \u2018NEW CALL TRANSFER \u2013 then click the \u2018NEW CALL TRANSFER\u2019 key to open up a new profile.

\nAnother screen will now appear.
\nFirstly you can give your \u2018New Call Transfer a \u2018Name\u2019.
\nNext, input the number you wish to be dialed when using this profile.

\nNow you have some\u00a0options which will manage how callers contact you.
\nIf you wish to have any unanswered calls to go to your voicemail box, click the \u2018Transfer to voicemail if unanswered\u2019 box.
\nNote \u2013 you must have\u00a0Voicemail profiles setup for them to appear in the dropdown menu.<\/strong>
\nNow you can select whether you want to route all calls \u2018All Day\u2019 by selecting that option or you can choose to route calls at certain times of day. If you wish to select a time frame that you can be contacted.
\nCheck the \u2018Selected Time\u2019 option.
\nThen Select the times that you wish to be contacted.
\nAny calls outside of this time frame will be routed straight to your voicemail.
\nNext, select from the dropdown the Voicemail box profile you wish to be used for any missed or out of hours calls.
\nPress \u2018Submit\u2019

\nNow you are ready to use your \u2018Call Transfer\u2019 profile.
\nOnce you have created your \u2018Call Transfer\u2019 profile, you can attach it to your live numbers via the ‘Dashboard’. Under the \u2018Phone Numbers\u2019 section you will see \u2018Profile\u2019 with a dropdown box. Your \u2018Call Transfer\u2019 profiles will appear here. You can now attach them\u00a0to any number by simply pressing the \u2018Connect\u2019 button. The page will refresh confirming the changes made.
