\nOnce set up, \u2018Hunt Groups\u2019 will be available in both your IVR or can be directly attached to numbers via the \u2018Dashboard\u2019
\nTo Add a new \u2018Hunt Group\u2019 select the \u2018New Hunt Group\u2019 button.

\nA pop up box then will appear.
\nAdd the \u2018Name\u2019 of the \u2018Hunt Group\u2019 profile.
\nAdd a description of the \u2018Hunt Group\u2019
\nSelect the \u2018Transfer to Voicemail\u2019 box if you wish unanswered calls to be transferred to Voicemail. Then select the appropriate Voicemail box
\nNote: Voicemail profiles need to be before they become available here<\/strong>

\nNow input your numbers. You can either select previously entered Channels or Users, or manually key in the numbers (remembering to include the international dialling code), then press then ENTER key on your keypad.
\nA pop up window will appear asking you to confirm your selection.
\nAdd as many phone numbers as you need to the \u2018Hunt Group\u2019.
\nTo remove boxes press the X that appears next to the number when you move your cursor over it.
\nThen click the \u2018Submit\u2019 button when ready to save all.

Now you are ready to use your \u2018Hunt Group\u2019 profiles.
\nOnce you have created your \u2018Hunt Group\u2019 profiles, you can attach them to your IVR via the IVR profiles.
\nUnder the \u2018Profile\u2019 section you will see \u2018IVR\u2019 select which IVR you wish to Edit.

\nA new window will now appear.
\nSelect which \u2018Key\u2019 you wish to assign the \u2018Hunt Group\u2019 profile to then when you are ready click the \u2018Submit\u2019 button to update that IVR.

\n\u2018Hunt Groups\u2019 can also be connected directly to inbound phone numbers via the Dashboard.
\nUnder the \u2018Phone Numbers\u2019 section you will see \u2018Profile\u2019 with a dropdown box. Your \u2018Hunt Groups\u2019 will appear here. You can attach the \u2018Hunt Group\u2019 to any number by simply pressing the \u2018Connect\u2019 button.
