\nUser \u2013 Add multiple users so as with Channels they become available across the platform. You may have multiple Team members scattered around the world or working Remotely. Setting those members up allow you to monitor who is receiving calls, can record those calls and monitor performance via the VoiceRules Analytics.
\nTo Add a new Channel\/User select the \u2018New Channel\/User\u2019 button.

\nA pop up box will appear.
\nAdd the \u2018Name\u2019 of the Channel or User.
\nAdd the phone \u2018Number\u2019 of the Channel or User
\nAdd a short description of the Channel or User
\nThen click the \u2018Submit\u2019 button.

\nNow you are ready to use your \u2018Channel\/User\u2019 profiles.
\nOnce you have created your \u2018Channel\/User\u2019 profiles, you can attach them to your IVR via the IVR profiles. Under the \u2018Profile\u2019 section you will see \u2018IVR\u2019 select which IVR you wish to ADD or Edit.

\nA new window will now appear. Select which \u2018Key\u2019 you wish to assign the \u2018Channel\/User\u2019 profile to then when you are ready click the \u2018Submit\u2019 button to update that IVR.
